The name already indicates what the system does. The EdschaTS - DrySystem is a pneumatic drainage system for preventing or simply removing large accumulations of water on the roof tarpaulin of trucks. In short, the system keeps the roof largely dry and thus also prevents ice formation at lower temperatures. At the same time, the tarpaulin is protected from damage and the load transported underneath is brought to its destination dry and safe. For the driver the EdschaTS DrySystem means not least a comfortable, fast and safe solution that makes his work much easier. The technical principle of operation avoids high lateral tensile loads on the tarpaulin and ensures the safe drainage of water accumulations with comparatively small amounts of air - incidentally, even in the case of small leaks in the soft top. By the way, the low air volumes required are also the reason that the function is guaranteed even without a towing vehicle. Due to the low roof inclination, any condensation water that arises runs off laterally due to adhesion and does not drip onto the load.

The EdschaTS DrySystem is designed from the outset for functionality, robustness and durability. The air chambers of the system are made of a highly elastic special plastic, for example. They are extremely hard-wearing, insensitive to daily use and are attached in a decoupled manner. Advantage: If an air chamber is damaged, it can be easily bridged.
