Technically perfect
From a technical point of view, the patented sliding bow roof offers tarpaulin-lifting cross-connections and long-lasting rollers that run on a solid segmented steel rail and allow the top to slide on both sides. In addition, these rails are segmented for easy maintenance and offer the great advantage over the predecessor model that heavy-duty tensioning straps can easily be passed behind the rail under the frame to secure heavy, bulky loads. Any winches attached there can still be used without any functional restrictions.
Usage like before: but even better!
The use of the new SB-Profi hardly causes any modification problems for existing users. All essential features of the successful push bar deck remain and can be used as before. These include, for example, the modular design and a solid construction with segmented steel rails. All in all, a high-quality system, very functionally reliable and extremely durable.
Precision for perfect standards
Another interesting feature of the new SB-Profi is that it maintains assembly standards. Mounting on a 2480 mm standard chassis (for SB 2550mm) is possible, as well as a connection to a standard CurtainSider bulkhead including tarpaulin tension system. The connection width is only 35 mm per side. The easily exchangeable castors are guided by a robust flat iron rail and are characterised by very high precision and a long service life.
Further optimised loading volume
And another piece of "good" news: thanks to newly calculated kinematics, the loading volume of the SB-Profi can be further optimised. The package length is less than 25% of the length of the loading area. In addition, heavy-duty tension straps with mounting under the frame can be used without any functional restrictions.
