A single person can expose the entire loading area within seconds – directly from the ground. The proven design with robust flat steel rails and durable rollers ensures reliable, two-sided movability. At the same time, the segmented design allows for easy maintenance.
A decisive advantage in daily operations: heavy-duty lashing straps can be easily routed behind the rail under the frame without restricting the system’s functionality. Existing winches also remain fully usable.
Well-designed details for greater efficiency
In addition to its proven functionality, the SB-Profi impresses with numerous further developments. The flexible mounting allows installation on almost any front wall and facilitates integration into existing vehicle concepts. A specially developed rain gutter reliably protects the cargo from water ingress. Installation is possible on a 2480 mm standard chassis (for an external width of 2550). Mounting width: only 35 mm per side.
The three-part tarpaulin concept ensures optimized handling and more efficient folding of the tarpaulin. At the same time, the new kinematics improve the usable loading volume – a clear advantage for economically driven transport companies.
